Meet Joe: “I have been in the Mortgage business my entire adult career. Since 2001, I have been in almost all facets; having worked in both Retail and Wholesale, as well as for a Broker and a Lender at different times. While my network often placed their trust in me to send referrals for Traditional forward Purchase loans and Refinances, my passion is with the Reverse Mortgage and has been ever since I witnessed first-hand my customer weeping in front of me in 2009 as she obtained hers. Using a mortgage product to completely transform a family’s retirement plan from scary to exciting is incredibly rewarding and something I’m very proud to be a part of. I get told very often by clients who live out of my state of Maryland how “they feel like they have known me for years.” I feel that treating every client like a grandparent, and approaching every decision with reverence and integrity is not only best for my clients, its best for my own family as well. Customers will never know if they made the right choice in Loan Officer or Bank until something is no longer going smooth. My clients can look forward to my two decades of problem solving kicking in to make adjustments along the application process to assure we arrive at their destination with a product they can be proud of, and a level of service they can share with friends and family.”

Favorite Personal Activities: Spending time with my wife and four children, coaching my children’s’ sport teams, rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, Orioles, & the Maryland Terps, as well as reading horror novels and playing video games with my teenage sons.
